Anna Coleman LCSW CADC III
(she/her/hers)
Anna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor III (CADCIII) with over 16 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. Her client-centered, strength-based approach focuses on highlighting each person’s unique capabilities while tailoring therapy to meet their specific needs.
Specializing in addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma, Anna utilizes evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, harm reduction methods, and trauma-informed care. She believes in the healing power of humor and compassion, blending both to create a safe, supportive space for growth.
Anna is passionate about helping clients because she knows recovery is possible, no matter how messy or difficult the journey may feel. She believes life is about progress, not perfection, and is dedicated to walking alongside her clients as they navigate their unique paths to healing.
When not working, Anna finds balance and joy with her family and young children, exploring the outdoors through hiking, and spending time with her beloved dogs. These moments keep her grounded and connected to what matters most.
