Jessica works with intuition, direct communication, mind-body awareness, and humor. She has developed her eclectic therapeutic skills through years of practice in community and hospital settings, where she specialized in working with chaotic substance use and severe, persistent mental health issues.

Her ideal client is someone who is ready to go inward, take ownership of their healing journey, and explore their own spirituality and intuition. Jessica's broad experience and ongoing education allow her to employ a range of modalities to help clients progress when they feel stuck. These include Brainspotting, motivational interviewing, imagery, mind-body connection, mindfulness, parts work, and CBT.

Jessica's evidence-based approach is infused with creativity, offering clients a flexible and tailored path to healing.

Additionally, Jessica incorporates Ketamine-assisted therapy and psilocybin-assisted therapy when appropriate, though she takes careful consideration before utilizing these tools in a therapeutic setting and it is important to note that these approaches are not covered by insurance.

She is comfortable assisting people in integrating and preparing for whatever way they choose to take control of their life and future.
