Position Overview
Hart NW Counseling is excited to offer a contracted position for Licensed Professional Counselor Associates looking to gain experience in a collaborative, supportive group practice. This role is ideal for a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a passion for trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and holistic, client-centered approaches. We offer free supervision support, helping you grow both professionally and clinically in your journey toward licensure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and/or group therapy, either in-person or virtually, based on client needs and your preference.

  • Utilize integrative therapeutic approaches, including trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness practices, and Motivational Interviewing.

  • Work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment and contribute to our positive and supportive group culture.

  • Participate in regular supervision (provided at no cost) and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree in Counseling.

  • Licensure: Registered as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Oregon.

  • Approach: Interest in harm reduction, client-centered, and holistic therapeutic approaches; willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative setting.

  • Skills: Strong communication, authenticity, and compassion in working with clients; ability to manage time effectively and contribute to a team environment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Reimbursement Rate: 55% of billable revenue, with opportunities for pay increases based on time with the clinic and upon achieving full licensure.
